Maria Paula Alaez

I graduated from the University of Florida in 2021 with a Bachelors of Science in Advertising with a concentration in Business Administration. I also got certificates in Sports Management and Chinese. 

I have been fortunate enough to work with 12 startups in developing their marketing strategies and digital communication. I went on to work in the Global Marketing department of the NBA. Growing my passion for the Sports Industry, I worked in Premium Operations for Miami Heat and in Tournament Management for the Colorado Rapids. 

I am currently pursuing my Master in Sports Management from Florida International University.
